Residence Inn San Diego Sorrento Mesa/Sorrento Valley

Good place, wonderful staff. V good breakfast

Pros: Residence in is a great concept for an extended stay. All of the staff were competent and friendly. But the kitchen staff (chef and woman cleaning and replenishing food) were exceptional! Always welcoming and genuinely friendly

Cons: 1. Really did not appreciate having a $20/day parking fee. Not in this part of town. 2. Somehow our reservation got mixed up (I think they reversed my first and last name) was hard to find 3. It was incredibly hard to call the hotel directly before our arrival. When I tried to call the hotel directly, to confirm my reservation, I kept getting routed to a phone center inn India? I tried to ask questions and could not understand or get answers (partly because of the mix-up in my reservation)

Served its purpose, and son loved having his own space

Pros: Loved the location , amenities, 2bed/2bath, fireplace, kitchen, living room , staff interaction, complementary breakfast, pool, basketball court. Great for families

Cons: Room cleaning was only every two days and staff did not thoroughly clean. They only emptied trash and replaced towels. Fresh bedding not provided and bed was not made, staff just threw old covers back. A fair amount of dust on furniture, bath tub chipping. Dining chairs old and scratched up.

Great accommodations really do make a vacation so special. We were all so happy with everything at Rssidence Inn

Pros: It was conveniently located close to everything with a vehicle. The staff was TREMENDOUS! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all staff. Cathy was very kind. Kitchen staff so pleasant to see each day! Maintenance and housekeeping staff members were so pleasant. I would return again, wonderful stay for my family.

Cons: Daily parking costs.

The BEST experience

Pros: This was a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, great smooth coffee 24hrs, and a real breakfast. Highly recommend

Pros: I enjoyed the home feeling it was like being at home at home away from home

Pros: Ein angenehmer Platz, freundliches Personal, besonders die Rezeption und Frühstückspersonal. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich eintönig, was nicht am Personal sondern offenbar am Businessplan liegt.

Pros: When they realised that I did not have a car, the room which was allotted to me was close to the reception which made it easy to port the luggage.

Cons: Breakfast was simplistic.

Pros: Great stay. Very clean. Quiet environment. Nice getaway with Friends for a quick break.

Pros: Staffwas hospitable and answered my questions.. The breakfast was very good. The hotel location was good. I like that it was a safe place to stay.

Cons: Cost of parking was $20 a night.

Pros: Breakfast was good The staff was friendly. I enjoyed cooking my own meals in my hotel room.

Cons: There is a daily $20 parking fee.
