Pros: Great space. Large double bed and a sofa bed. Good location walking distance from main areas. Balboa park just outside.

Very clean accommodations, good location and solid A/C.

Pros: The A/C worked very well, location great. Bed was comfy and water pressure great in shower. There was a couch plus extra chair and 4 top small dining table. Decent sized fridge, microwave dishes/utensils/toaster included.

Cons: I didn't realize when I booked it that there were several flights of stairs to get to the unit. Also, parking was not included and an extra fee. Otherwise, street parking, much of which was metered.

Pros: Except for the airplanes flying overhead, the property was very quiet and very comfortable. The location is a bit out of the gaslamp area, but that was OK with me as I like a little walk. Staffs were very helpful and friendly.
