Great stay in San Diego

Pros: Very nice property in a great position. Good for zoo and downtown

I would spend my vacation there again.

Pros: The property is very clean, and the room had everything I needed for my stay. I loved this place where I could relax and spend my vacation; the staff was very friendly and courteous.

Cons: In this comment, I'm not sure if it's for the property or San Diego County. Inside and around the property, there wasn't an accessible trash can for dog waste. There's a park across from the property, but there weren't any trash cans nearby for dogs.

Pros: Incredibly kind and accommodating host. Nice and quiet location next to the park.

Cons: No free parking available on the streets, but that’s not on the host.

Value for money and clean but noisy.

Pros: Very clean, value for money and facilities were excellent (had clean utensils, a good microwave, dishwashing detergent).

Cons: The studio was located right under the path of planes landing/departing from San Diego Airport. Although ear plugs were provided, it wasn't particularly comfortable to wear them while sleeping. The area of the studio was also quite dark at night and could be a bit sketchy.

Confortable studio, good value for money

Pros: Good space, Excellent bed, heating/AC, close to Balboa Park and downtown.

Cons: The airplanes did not bother us, we did not need to use the earplugs that was supplied. The ceiling and walls not very soundproofing, we could hear neighbors moving in the stairway and apartment above. Some homeless people staying in the neighborhood but better a couple of quarters on the way to downtown

Definitely stay here

Pros: My stay here was great. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Staff was responsive, though I didn't really need much since everything was as expected...only needed a change of towels since I was here for a week. Location is is very convenient. Balboa Park is across the street, Petco Park (Padres) and Gas Lamp District is a straight walk down 6th Ave, Little Italy is a short walk and only a few blocks away. Even public transit is convenient (No. 2 and 3 buses one block over). And of course, the price is amazing especially considering the location and SD prices. Flight pattern for SAN airport is a nearby but you really don't hear the planes. Not disruptive at all.

Cons: There is no insulation so we hear the voices of other tenants, and it is close to the airport so we hear the sounds of planes, and there is no elevator, but Ali helped us carry the bag, لا يوجد عازل حيث نسمع اصوات المستأجرين الاخرين،وقريب من المطار نسمع اصوات الطائرات، ولا يوجد اصنصير،لكن ساعدنا علي على حمل الحقيبه،

Pros: The bed was so comfortable! One of the best beds I've ever been in! I loved the shower as well!

Cons: Honestly, nothing wasn't bad. I think the floor boards may be a bit thin because we heard our upstairs people walking around. Then downstairs as well but no one bothered us too long.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay close to everything in the city.

Pros: Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good sized fridge and freezer for keeping some food and drinks in the room. Walkable to lots of great places. My 72 year old dad and I walked to the waterfront/USS Midway Museum, to Balboa Park, etc. Ubers to or from other locations were quick and cheap.

Cons: We were happy with everything, but others may think it can be a little bit noisy at times.

Value/Location

Pros: Great place to stay. Room was clean and comfy. The location is perfect, alot of great bars and food all within 10-20 minute walks. Great for small friend group or couples 2-4. If your looking for a nice room, great price, and fairly close to downtown this is it.
