Pros: Location was great, bed was very comfortable and we will stay there again.

Cons: The toilet in our room overflowed I was provided a plunger but after numerous attempts it still wouldn’t flush. Unfortunately it was after hours so nothing could be done. Thankfully it was our last evening there.

Perfect stay. Clean and comfortable. Great food and wonderful staff.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Staff very attentive and friendly . Food quality was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable just a little outdated. Which did not bother us in anyway.

Very nice, only stay for one night.

Pros: Enjoy the property, the pool and jacuzzi was amazing, food was very good, large portions, staff was very nice and friendly, really enjoyed being there.

Cons: The lights in the room are dim especially in the first bathroom area.

Pros: The staff went above and beyond to ensure we would have a floor level room as we are unable to climb stairs.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable.

Happy as Usual

Pros: This is our 7th stay here at Carlton Oaks. I love this place. It's conveniently located by the lakes which is why we come here usually. The staff is nice from the office to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was excellent as well. My kids truly enjoyed it.

Cons: The only thing I am not too excited about is the carpet in the rooms. It's seems to be a bit worn and spotted and the lighting by the bathroom sink was dim. Other than that I love Carlton Oaks

Pros: It was an excellent stay. Everything was comfortable,and very clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Cons: Needed a microwave in the room. Needed more lighting.
