Overall was good stay

Pros: Check in was quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed one night, the room was clean and comfortable for my needs.

Pros: Friendly staff , reasonable price and place was just built so very clean and new

Cons: They need a pool

Pros: We chose this location because it was new and its proximity to the airport. Close but not overly expensive. Ashly the girl at the front desk was very attentive to our needs. We had an issue shortly after check in . She contacted the gm and went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely satisfied. Such an asset to the company . We had a very nice stay We where very happy and would be sure to comeback if in the area

Cons: They were short handed on a holiday weekend, but to be completely fair it was really the hotels first valentines weekend. I would stay again even with that little glitch. Rooms could use a bit more decorations but not a concern of mine

Pros: I believe in great businesses take to heart the value of great customer service. Sam checked us in with kindness and care. Jesse followed up with being informative about options and courteousness. I'd recommend a pleasant experience here at Woodspring!

Cons: I didn't like as choice member there wasn't BREAKFAST. It is the leverage services more should offer, can make the difference in a great stay and a ok one. Let's give the customers the reasons they want to come back too do business with you all again soon! Thx again!

Pros: Me encantó el hotel. Acaban de cumplir un mes de operaciones desde que abrieron y lo notas. Todo está limpio, ordenado y huele a nuevo. Ashley en recepción fue super amable a nuestra llegada, nos explicó todo y sonriente todo el tiempo.

Cons: Lo único que no me agrado tanto fue que se escucha todo. Puedo escuchar la conversación de alguien si es que paso por el pasillo. Pero en el cuarto la cama es muy cómoda, y ahí casi no se escucha el ruido.

Pros: Brand new Hotel, opened 2 weeks ago. Friendly, helpful staff, great customer service. Kudos to Kristen at front desk, made our stay a wonderful experience. Very clean, near town in East county San Diego. Free parking, stove top, microwave, full size refridgerator. Very homey, will be staying in the future!

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.
