Best Western Santee Lodge

Pros: The staff was incredibly kind, and help us with all our necessities. We enjoyed breaksfast. Over all was great.

All in all would return for my next visit

Pros: The Continental breakfast was good. Breakfast room was clean. There was a fair amount of choices for hot and cold food and drinks.

Cons: Was next to the laundry facility and at times were a bit loud.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and good customer service

Cons: The neighbor was slamming the door and making a lot of noise at midnight

We are already booked to come back in Dec when it's Christmas.

Pros: Breakfast was great! Egg and cheese omelette hit the spot. Coffee in the room was great.

Everything else was fine.

Pros: It was mostly quite. We loved the fact that we had a downstairs room available.

Cons: The microwave does not work! We went without our warm meal.

It was a nice place to stay, quiet, clean, and close to lots of restaurants fairly close by.

Pros: Exterior grounds were well maintained and clean, pool/hot tub area was also very well maintained.

Cons: The carpet in the room looked very dark and grungy looking, repair to the bathroom door was very evident.

Pros: It’s very clean , beds are very comfortable and everyone that works there was very nice

Overall, this hotel is ok!

Pros: The breakfast is nice. The size of the room was just right.

Cons: It would be better if the hotel had an elevator.

Good place if u like to walk around santee

Pros: Relaxed environment, not lot of noise and 7/11 and few stores within walking distance and bus stop across street

Cons: My door handle kept getting stuck.
