Pros: Location was beautiful and breakfast was very good.

Cons: Not a dislike but would be nice to include gluten free bread/muffins at breakfast (my partner is coeliac).

Short & sweet!

Pros: Location is ideal. The hotel provides ‘free’ cheese & wine at 4pm each day. Lots of toiletries available in the bathroom. Breakfast included which was good.

Cons: Pricey. Would prefer a lower room rate and less ‘free’ items.

Sophisticated elegance in a tranquil setting.

Pros: Returned as had visited 6 yrs ago. Perfect location for a couple’s retreat.

Cons: Noisy party @ 01:20. Bathroom facilities noisy through the wall. A couple of the front desk staff were short tempered and not particularly amiable.

Pros: The location is picture-perfect, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and readily available, and the daily wine and cheese hour is the cherry on top.

Cons: A water fountain to refill water at night would be nice.

A very special place to celebrate our wedding anniversary

Pros: Good breakfast and wine and cheese. Love the style of the room and view of Dana Point. The manager helped me with mour needs.

Cons: Would have liked to check in at 3pm or before.

Have stayed many times, also at some of their other inns, LOVE

Pros: Love breakfast!!! So great to have that, yummy egg dishes, bacon !!! Muffins, they think of everything. Staff Yolanda, Connor, Leslie and Dana so good!

Cons: Need full length mirror in rooms. Wine and cheese used to be better , like adding warm appy plus they used to have ranch for veggies( no ranch) Josh Chardonnay not good, go back to sav. Blanc

Pros: Beautiful location and a quaint boutique hotel. The only con was the TV wasn’t working even after resetting and had very few channels and there is no internal kiosk for emergency needs such as pain medication. Otherwise, a beautiful and peaceful place with nice staff.
