great location. affordable for Orange County

Pros: staff was nice. Edwin at breakfast room was very helpful and friendly. location excellent.

Cons: parking very difficult. scratched the car, as did others. seems homeless were staying there as well.

A welcoming space to rest and go exploring from!

Pros: I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The spa didn’t bubble.

Good value for the money.

Pros: Location is great, close to the beach and my favorite little eatery Thai Dara in walking distance. However, it’s right on PCH so super loud if you like to sleep with an open window.

Cons: Housekeeping emptied the trash and cleaned bathroom for the first 2 days. After that they didn’t anymore. For full cleaning your room you have to let front desk know the evening before; however, empty trash apparently should be done every day on default.

Enjoyed our 4 nights!

Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hot Breakfast was good with different hot items each day. Loved our King suite. In addition to paying a pet fee of $25 per night we also had to pay for parking which I thought should be included in the room rate. TV was limited as we couldn't find a football game we wanted to watch. Selection of restaurants within close walking distance.

Amazing Stay!

Pros: Everything was very good. The staff is very kind, the breakfast was REALLY GOOD and the room (even if it was located a little bit far from the exit) was very nice. The hotel is very near to the beach and nice restaurants are near (just walking some meters o crossing the street). Definitely, I will stay here again my next time in Dana Point!
