I would definitely recommend this place and near a lot of places and things to do. Staff are all nice, friendly and help

Pros: Lovely property, walk to beach and places to eat. Staff were awesome. Celebrated Thanksgiving in their lovely patio. Perfect set up. I think if they add twinkly lights the patio would be more inviting. Overall, I will come back here for some beach stay.

Pros: Big clean room. Walkable to the beach and some restaurants. Parking for free.

Pros: It's in San Clemente! I love that city. The staff were awesome. Casablanca is convenient to go pretty much anywhere in San Clemente. The bed was comfortable and the parking was great.

Cons: The bathroom was a little tired and could use a redo. There was rust in the tub.

Pros: Beautiful room, great location, great fitness and pool. Perfect place to stay!

Pros: The man who helped checked me in was the only one at the front desk that was kind and welcoming. I stayed in a renovated deluxe king room that was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Shower was big and with good water pressure as well. Overall hotel site is well maintained, the pool is great and has sun all afternoon! Stay was smooth and easy.

Cons: The woman at the front desk had zero presence nor training in hospitality, seemed bored and didn't care. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, the coffee was watered down and not well prepared (good coffee is essential)! I feel like the food offer could be improved a bit but if a lot of people go out for breakfast I can see why it is just basic given the options in the area.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in a Great Little City

Pros: The location was perfect for a family wedding. We were across the street from the venue as well as a 7 minute walk to a nice little beach. There were several shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well and we liked the balcony. We saw several of the rooms our group was staying in and noticed a big discrepancy between room quality. There is a renovated section of the hotel that is much nicer than the older rooms but even some of the older rooms were nicer and more modern than others. The pool was clean and well maintained. We loved using the courtyard to meet up. The breakfast was very mediocre but as it was free, we weren’t too bothered. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. The manager Derek was amazing before and during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Casablanca Inn.

Cons: We had a few strange interactions with the overnight staff, it seemed they might have been drunk or high. They were still very kind but it seemed unprofessional.

Well located, big rooms and nice breakfast. Excelent cost benefit!

Pros: Hotel located just a few minutes from the beach (San Clement North Beach) so you can park at the hotel and join the beach without have to pay for parking. Big and clean room, nice beds and shower. Breakfast with good variety and options.

Quiet and comfy

Pros: Large rooms with everything you need for a lovely stay. Breakfast is more then just a dry bagel, it is really good. Choice of avocado toast, fresh wafels, etc.

Cons: It is not really in the town but that makes it a quiet location

Pros: Our stay at the Casablanca Inn in San Clemente was truly exceptional, but what stood out above all was the remarkable kindness of the front desk staff. Every receptionist we encountered was not only attentive and professional, but also sincerely warm, patient, and thoughtful. Their friendliness created an atmosphere that felt more like being welcomed into a home than staying at a hotel. Their genuine care and human warmth made a lasting impression — they are the heart of the Casablanca Inn.

Lovely stay, in a wonderful fancy room. We felt at home. Nice staff. Would highly recommend this place!

Pros: We loved the room. It was spacious, comfortable bed and lovely decorated. Breakfast was great too. Enjoyed the bubble bath outside in the evening!
