Loved our stay - would choose this place again!

Pros: Excellent location in a little tucked away neighborhood but still close to freeways. We had a car rental but 7-11 was within walking distance. Close drive to coffee, grocery, gas, restaurants. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. There's even a short canyon trail down the street. Hosts Monica and Thomas were extremely accommodating and quick to respond. They brought up our delayed luggage when we were unavailable to receive. They furnished a non-stick pan upon request. They anticipated any problems we might have with flag noise and mattress topper and were willing to remove if needed (not needed). Studio was well-stocked in kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (extra blankets). Thankful for washer/dryer in unit.

Cons: Everything was great. Just note, studio is above garage, so there are stairs to climb.

Great place and value at an ideal location.

Pros: Ideal location close to I-805 & I-5 as well as the Balboa Avenue Trolley Station Park & Ride yet very quiet. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a week long stay. Comfy bed. Sufficient size bathroom and shower. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Beautiful house within a serene neighborhood

Pros: My host was very helpful. Provided clear instructions for a smooth self check in. Room was very clean and neighborhood was super safe. I slept well and my stay in San Diego was memorable.

Pros: We had a wonderful four-day stay at this place! The studio was exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, providing a great sense of privacy. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the place was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated the care they put into making this a welcoming space. Communication was smooth, and they were incredibly kind and responsive.

We felt incredibly comfortable in this studio apartment.

Pros: Such a calm and nice neighborhood. Had a fully stocked kitchenette, even including pancake mix and syrup. Had no issues checking in or out, and the hosts answered any messages I had very quickly.

Cons: The bed was a little squeaky but that is the only thing I can think of, everything was great.
