#7 Josie's Mountain Top Hideout-Cabin in the Woods

Pros: Nicely appointed, roomy cabin. Great on-site staff.

Cons: Nothing. We've stayed three times already, and we always come back to this cabin.

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Staff is on premises and can take care of any requests, but they leave you alone unless you call them. Exactly what I want at a mountain getaway.

Cons: There was nothing that I did not like.

Nice Cabin Getaway

Pros: Beautiful, spacious cabin. The location was awesome. Great deal on the price. Cabin could accommodate four so plenty of space for the two of us. Staff is very friendly. Staff was not on site during our stay but immediately reachable by phone (picked up every time). The cabin had everything we needed at hand, so other than buying your food to cook, there was no need to contact anyone. The amenities were clean and in near new condition. Mini-split heat and air-conditioning worked perfectly.

Cons: I can't think of anything negative to say about either the property, the staff, or the location. I would say that if you're used to hotels with room service and on-site restaurants, you'll need to plan to bring provisions. There is a nearby market, (Don's) but it's seven miles down the road, so plan to stop there and stock up before you get to the cabin. Excellent resource if you forgot something or want to grab more coffee, food to cook, snacks, etc.
