Colorful & Comfy Gem Close to Beach - Yard - Pkg

The best stay ever!

Pros: The house was charming and comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay, especially the washer and dryer, which were very helpful. It was great to be able to have a BBQ. It's a shame that we could only stay for 2 nights. The location was convenient, and we were able to go to one of our favorite spots, Encinitas downtown. We all had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

Cons: Everything was perfect, but there was one issue: the gate's lock was broken, so we had to sleep with the windows closed for safety despite the intense heat.

Pros: The location is very good. Very close to shopping and things to do. The kitchen has all the appliances we needed. The bedding is comfortable.

Cute and charming cottage

Pros: The cottage itself was very charming and nicely decorated. Some things weren't working properly like the turntable, the provided phone chargers in one of the bedrooms. I did reach out to the owner and she tried to get the needed cords to get the turntable to work but it didn't arrive on time. Also a bit spotty communication with the host via the booking.com app. Nevertheless, the unit itself is lovely.

Such a relaxing place! Loved the nearby restaurants, beaches. House is adorable. Perfect Mom and daughter trip!

Pros: Beautiful patios and open air concept. Loved the privacy, sunshine and close to the beach. Was clean and had all amenities needed for cooking. Nice to have laundry, dishwasher and even detergents available. Close to the botanical gardens which are great for strolling

Cons: Could have been a little closer to beach (busy street and not really walkable)

Truly, a 6-star property

Pros: I’ve never wanted to rate a rental property 6 stars, but this one deserves it! This house had everything. The beds were super comfortable, there were tons of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was so well appointed, I could’ve thrown a dinner party, complete with charcuterie board. The outside dining and living spaces basically doubled your square footage. There were just so many thoughtful touches throughout the house that made it so comfortable.

Cons: Basically nothing. The neighborhood was quiet, but also seemed so friendly. The dedicated parking space was nice, and the location was fantastic.
