Pros: The house was clean. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The air circulator worked very well to cool the house. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cooking utensils.

Cons: The beds were firmer than my wife and I are used to sleeping on.

This was a great place to relax, recharge and regenerate with plenty of space and beautiful views.

Pros: The home was much larger and more beautifully decorated than we expected. And the host left us a loaf of bread and butter! Do you know how much we appreciated a warm buttered toast after flying all day? The setting was ideal and picturesque. So quiet with no one to bother us in a lovely rural setting. In addition to the 3 large bedrooms there is full-size family room plus a full size living room, so plenty of room for everyone. Wifi worked great. Everything in top-notch working order. And military-grade clean!

Cons: I wish we could have stayed longer! I would have done more exploring of the other farms in the area and watched more sunrises and sunsets.

Nice home, peaceful location and friendly hosts.

Pros: We arrived in a heavy rain near dark and my GPS was off by about a block. Karen responded quickly to my phone call and we soon arrived at our destination.Colin likewise responded quickly to a couple of follow up questions, always in a friendly and helpful manner. The home was set in a beautiful area with nice views. It had plenty of room with a nice fully furnished kitchen although we only used the coffee maker. My brother commented his bed was so comfortable he tried to find the brand of mattress and his pillow fixed his neck that had been sore for three days. And - the home was convenient to the Welk Resort where our middle brother lives.

Cons: The timing of our mid-March visit necessitated the use of the furnace at night. The heat distribution between the living areas and the bedrooms was a bit uneven with the living areas cool and the bedrooms warmer. Perhaps an adjustment of the registers could help with that.

Cute Countryside Home Overlooking Orgsnic Farm

Pros: Karen & Colin we’re terrific hosts. The vintage 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is very cute, clean and has a very comfortable setting in the countryside. We had a group of three couples and each of us had our own bedrooms. One bedroom was a Master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Our bed was a smaller with a Full mattress but comfortable. My friends had queen mattresses and they said they slept comfortably as well. Two bedrooms share a good size hallway bathroom with a full size tub/shower. The house sits overlooking a small farm and has a very nice view from the back porch. Front living room has a shelf of books to read and the house has free WiFi and TV with Netflix. Kitchen looked fairly well stocked but we only stayed one night & didn’t need to cook. We all enjoyed the stay and would stay there again and want to explore more of the property & nearby area.

Cons: The property is in a rural area with narrow dark roads at night, but if you drive slow you’ll see the House number on the mailbox by the street marking the driveway entrance. The driveway is long and easily accommodates two or three cars. Property has a separated private residence below, You just need to be neighborly & honor reasonable quiet hours at night.
