Julian House of Games

All in all it was a very nice place to stay. I would gladly come here again.

Pros: We had a very nice stay here. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of beds, rooms and space for all of us. My favorite place was the huge balcony. Spent lots of time out there reading and being with family.

Cons: The kitchen could have been stocked better. One item would be a set of mixing bowls. There wasn't a bowl even close to big enough to toss a salad. smaller sized bowls would have been very useful as well. The oven mitts need to be replaced.

Overall, fabulous gal trip!

Pros: Location was best feature being located in nice peaceful neighborhood enclosed w/beautiful tall trees but close to all the main attractions; house was clean and spacious with different areas to lounge and relax; outside deck off main floor for coffe/tea or evening cocktails; number of rooms/sleeping areas; kitchen amenities and appliances (was able to use all the appliances successfully); access to extra entertainment items ie, games, TV, puzzles, etc.

Cons: Add clearly marked outdoor trash can/area; add screen door for front deck; clean cobwebs especially in bedrooms; include clearer instructions on running dishwasher before leaving; add skinny coffee table in living/TV area (we used our cooler for a table); add directions to use TV and directions for upstairs shower (switching from tub to shower head); add nightlight for main floor bathroom; fix broken screens so windows can be opened.

Awesome cabin

Pros: The cabin is beautiful, it's got an almost fantasy feel like you're in a mystical cottage/cabin. It's got a balcony that is so peaceful and has a lovely view.

Cons: That we couldn't stay longer.

Pros: Amazing place with good amenities and comfortable space. The house is very close to downtown Julian (2-3 miles apart) and it is very easy to commute to other spots such as Lake Cuyamaca. We will certainly come back.

Pros: Very good amount of space for a good sized party as well as close to a little town and lake cuymaca which helps percent you entertained

Wonderful getaway

Pros: Loved how peaceful it was and that there were many activities to keep one busy in the house and in the area

Cons: The kitchen wasn’t well stocked and some of the games didn’t work like the fusball table

good relaxing time ! weather was great we will need to come back when I have more time!

Pros: loved the porch and backyard for my dog. couch and bed were very comfortable. wasn’t worried about my dog messing anything up. I am a casual person too!

Cons: just a little concerned abou that one area in the right corner where my dog could have figured out how to get out!!

We came for two days for fishing and watching desert flowers and enjoyed staying in this house.

Pros: We came for fishing and watching desert flowers. The location for both these activities is super. All the beds are comfortable.

Cons: We ran out of coffee after the first morning. Pans do not have proper lids. The cold water faucet in the shower does not work properly. The billiard room is too small to play pool efficiently. The same is true for the ping-pong table.

Fun with family!

Pros: The were many activities inside the home the whole family could enjoy, including a variety of games and books aside from the normal TV watching. Besides the entertainment the home was also well equipped with everything you might need, like in the kitchen and bed rooms. This place is also pet friendly which worked great for us because we were able to bring our older dog who hasn't had a vacation in a long time. If only you could see how happy she was.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like very much was the last floor because it was real cold and the doors that led outside were hard to close.
