Fantastic

Pros: Beautiful cabin with excellent facilities in attractive surroundings. Thoroughly recommended.

We needed a get away - and drive up drive up is only 1 to 2 hours ( if you hit traffic) we love this place!!to 2 hours

Pros: There is a old school charm about this place - yet clean and well preserved! NOTHING beats the location! You can leave the house and be on main drag!! I wish the studio was open! Peeking in the window it just looks so inviting!!

Cons: That we had to leave!

Nice stay

Pros: Cute, well equipped with all the necessities, parking spot, beautiful yard and great porch for having coffee in the morning.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like. It was not fancy but nice and functional. The bathroom was small, but big enough.

Fun stay in old town of Julian

Pros: Kitchen and unique cabin feel was homey. Big private lot with relaxing porch felt comfortable yet walking distance to small town main street attractions.

Cons: Little more elbow room in bathroom would have been nice.

Pros: it is a great location, the A/C was great, the showerwas great instant hot water. it was nice that that the unit was cooled down when we arrived. very cozy and we would book again. the unit had everything needed. i did not notice if it had a BBQ or grill, but that would be nice. My moms parents used to own the Apple Bar Ranch on Wynola. Charlie and Margret Goebel, it is just down the street from the old Chicken Shack (now Jeremys on the hill)

Cons: if the grass was watered and green that would have been a bonus. the parking was good but if there was access to the gate the extra parking would be nice, especially on a busy holiday weekend. small stuff to add would be to key to power wash the bird poop off the concrete entrance path. a few cob webs on the patio... oh ok..... this might be super important.. a hand rail for steps, my 84 year old mom, also the railing in the deck, you might want to put a few cross boards so old people (drunk people) or young kids, babies toddlers will not fall off the deck and get hurt. some folks are itching for lawsuit... so little effort can result in peace of mind and big save you a huge headache dealing with a jerk looking for a payday.

Great quick getaway

Pros: It was perfect. I just wanted to get the dogs out of the apartment after th xmas chaos and decompress. Mission accomplished.

We really liked having a place to stay within walking distance of Main Street.

Pros: Very creative use of space; great central location; peaceful and friendly neighborhood; plenty of parking; pet friendly

Cons: Automated email communication from the property owner was confusing. I booked the reservation, paid with a credit card and received confirmation of payment, but the email instructions said to pay only in cash, check, paypal, or venmo.

Pros: great location, lots of supplies, cute; good wifi.

Cons: there was maintenance on the town electrical grid and the power went out at ~10 pm. what we couldn't find wete candles, a flashlight...temp in the house dropped really low as it was cold outside. lots of blankets-a big lus. but we couldn't get in touch with the owners at all until the next day.

Pros: Even though we had a lot of rain in our stay, the place was cozy and near main street, so it made it excellent. Overall, everything was in good condition. The owner was very helpful in answering all of my questions in a quick manner.

Cons: Can't blame the place for the weather. Overall, everything was good. I guess the only thing would be a bigger television since, in our case, we were rained in. That's the only thing that could be better but not a dislike.
