Modern comfort in San Diego

Pros: Exceptionally clean. Well styled. Safe neighbourhood for my family. Secure garage.

Cons: No tea bags, only coffee.

Pros: The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, fully equiped. The bedding is very comfortable. It has two bath rooms plus an extra rest room. The garage is very convenient. A rooftop terrace. There are towels and chairs for hitting the beach. The Japansese toilets are amazing. We ate passion fruit from the garden. In walking distance we found a liqour store (self made margharita's on the rooftop terrace!) , two good coffee shops (important in the morning), a nice mexican restaurant and a BBQ place.

Pros: It is beautiful and in a great location. Love the rooftop patio!! Our hostess responded quickly to any communication.

Modern, well appointed, clean and spacious house with a great host. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Beautifully maintained and modern interior, many comforts, the fact that it had a two car garage. Very spacious and enjoyable open concept first floor allowed us to socialize with each other, enjoy breakfast at home and cook a dinner. A better deal than renting three hotel rooms for we 5 senior adults. Host was very kind, available and helpful with prompt replies through the Booking.com messaging system. Location close to all the places we wanted to visit. We liked booking this through Booking.com. Cleaning fee was very fair compared to VRBO rentals, for example.

Cons: The neighborhood was a bit tacky. Although a 360 view from the rooftop, the view to the surrounding neighborhood was ugly, frankly. That cannot be changed, of course and clearly doesn't bother most people, hence the high ratings. Perhaps the lack of any ocean view is why the price was pretty reasonable. We did enjoy Sea World fireworks at night, though. I don't know if this is typical of these types of rentals but was very disappointed there was no cable or way to watch regular TV. Only had Roku. All we could do was watch Netflix using our own account because we were not told to bring our passwords to streaming services. My husband wanted to watch the baseball game and couldn't.

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto curato nei dettagli. Spazi più che adeguati per il nostro gruppo che ha goduto anche della necessaria privacy. Ottima anche la pulizia. Le indicazioni dell’host sono state chiare e precise.

Pros: Comfortable beds, very clean. The house is fresh, updated, and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Large flat screen TVs throughout.
