Pros: Location, close to all needs! Closeness to the beach was our #1...fabulous spot!! House was clean, kitchen was great! Rooms, beds were very nice...house was very cozy and comfortable. The home provided all the necessities needed even beach supplies. Overall it was fabulous and definitely a return trip!!! Family was very happy with their stay🥰

Cons: Hot tub noticed some jet seatings were not working, however, still enjoyed it. Could use a repair on the jets.

Pros: The location is the absolute best! It is convenient to everything and only a few steps to the beach. The house was nice and a great size.

Cons: The place was great, but the listing should definitely list that there is no AC. It got really hot during the day and even at night. A few things didn't work. The bedroom tv remote was broken and the coffee pot didn't work. I also think there should be better beach towels. The ones they have are smaller than a bath towel.

Relaxing vacation

Pros: Location was excellent and not far from the beach which was the main factor in choice of our stay. Attractions, stores close by very nice. Overall neighborhood safe, quiet. Any questions/concerns were answered promptly by management.

Cons: Unfortunate we didn't have direct access to the unit parking due to the city paving alleys and driveways. If we could have cancel to avoid the inconvenience we would have but it was too late to do that. In spite of that we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back in the future.
