People stay, we were relaxed and enjoyed the views .

Pros: Property sits right on the beach with ships and sailboats and sea life to watch

Cons: Difficult to regulate the shower took two moderate cold showers. Not the way to start your day. The parking does not work. We were only able to park in front of our house once during our three days stay. One overnight we had to park on Rosecrans up the hill in time to parking . Also the stairs to get upstairs is quite a haul.
