Pros: Great size room, we enjoyed the seperate bedroom and kitchenette. Good location within walking distance of public transport and attractions.

Nice refuge in the city

Pros: Lovely room. Kitchenette and lounge room. Staff gave us. Tip to access the building on the opposite side to the entrance and saved a trudge one block up the hill. Lovely bathroom and shower pressure, big windows. Great decor, bed and linens. Very comfy room.

Cons: Homeless people around the block but that doesn't seem to be unusual for san diego city. No one bothered us.

Luxurious room with helpful staff

Pros: The facilities were fantastic, we had a superior king suite with city view, the bed was so comfortable. We could have stayed longer. We loved the pool and whirlpool, the guest laundry was a bonus.

Cons: The lifts were slow and the valet parking was too expensive

Great Location and Comfortable.

Pros: The king room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. I would have loved to stay longer and I would definitely stay here again when in San Diego.

Cons: Nothing.

Marriott Vacation Club provides a great central location for travelers to see all of San Diego!

Pros: we loved the guest laundry on our floor and the free supplies. Keep that going please. We also thought the parking at this location worked out very well although we hated the spiral cement entrance.

Cons: The showers need to be updated. I have to come to expect a rain shower or a fancy glass door shower when I travel. The shower head in my room was mediocre at best.

Great hotel where you feel really looked after!

Pros: Our room was a fantastic size with great facilities. I was really impressed by the bed and the bathroom in particular! The staff at the hotel were brilliant and they have daily activities at the hotel like live music and mimosas (they put up a little schedule each week around the hotel)

Cons: The location felt a little unsafe but it's downtown San Diego so it comes with the territory.
