Great location for business travel.

Pros: Felt very comfortable in this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. Room standard was good value for money. Liked the bathroom, very modern! Not a big fan of the carpet floor in the bedroom but that's standard in America, I guess. Felt safe around the hotel at night, city center easily walkable. Great location overall. Would always stay again.

Pros: The hotel is cozy and clean. Perfectly located for a quick trip to San Diego, a few minutes from the Balboa Park. The staff was absolutely helpful and friendly. Varied breakfast included. Perfect combination.

Pros: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and my room was spacious. The location is perfect. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. A big plus was that they also offered the option to take breakfast to go, which was very convenient on days when I had early plans or tours. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A truly memorable and relaxing experience!

Pros: Value for money. Good breakfast. Nice comfortable beds

Cons: Location is far away from downtown. Bathroom is too small.

Superb hotel

Pros: Bed is comfy; water dispenser and coffee making machines at lobby; breakfast is great; staff are friendly and helpful; 24hr fitness centre access is great; vending machines available in case you get hungry at night

Cons: Located on a slope, hike up a bit tiring after a long day outside; fitness centre has 2 treadmills but only 1 is working; hand sanitizer empty at some locations

Pros: The staff from checkin to checkout Everyone, bell person, mainance, food a d bar tender, cashier, room attendance.

Pros: Good location for everything we wanted to do within walking distance. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast

Cons: Would have liked to have a kettle in the room although you could get free coffee from a Costa machine in the lobby.
