Pros: There is a laundry! And the kitchen in the room was useful. The hotel was clean

Cons: The breakfast was very less . We could have a good breakfast but it was at our last day. Hotel was not very close to square.

A really comfortable stay, this hotel made it really easy to use every minute we had to explore San Diego.

Pros: Fantastic breakfast, felt safe as key was needed for access or staff could let you in, staff always on the desk and alert, clean and spacious room. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils which was really useful, including washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs to help you clean up. Laundry facilities were great and staff were more than happy to change notes to coins to use this.

Cons: Small hiccup when a payment didn’t go through. We were travelling from London so this plus the time difference did add stress. I paid immediate on a different card when I got the notification, but staff seemed reluctant to tell me that they had received this payment, and there wasn’t much of an acknowledgment of this when we checked in to apologise or anything.

Pros: There was a really nice and very helpfull Kyla at the reception. She made our stay really pleasant and comfortable. Thanks Kyla, we felt really good.

Great central San Diego stay

Pros: Location was great, even walkable to quite a few places we wanted to see. It was clean, had everything you may need in the room and very convenient parking next door. Breakfast was great.

Cons: A little loud at night with the traffic on the road in front. Maybe a little expensive for what it is + parking was extra

Pros: Comfortable beds, good size room, excellent breakfast 🥞

Cons: There was an issue with our room not getting serviced and the safe wasn't working, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by the helpful reception staff.
