Pros: The hotel is super pretty, it has a unique charm being a former bank building. The room was clean, comfy, and the building just looked like a jewel box from inside. The front desk was super helpful and exceptionally kind. I enjoyed my stay and would love to return.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and great facilities

Pros: Breakfast was incredible. Location was great. Hotel renovated beautifully. Staff were also super helpful with any questions and requests.

Pros: The location was central and close to all San Diego attractions. The room was well thought out and had excellent bedding. The historic feel of the building gave this hotel a lot of character.

Excellent location and service. Room could have been better.

Pros: Excellent location. Excellent service. Spacious room. No problem with leaving our bags for a few hours after checkout.

Cons: We got an upgraded room, which was spacious, but it had the inner backyard view which was quite depressing.

Great location, good food, excellent drinks

Pros: The location of the hotel is great ...very near 5th and on Broadway which are both streets you can walk down to the harbour. The rooms are really clean and comfortable and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons: Maybe the price could have been a bit better...otherwise everything was great.
