Great hotel - very safe, clean and staff are always welcoming.

Pros: Staff were always helpful and willing to support my requirements.

Cons: The location is somewhat remote and therefore limited in terms of dining and entertainment if you have not got a car while in this location.

Overall, very good experience.

Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was fine, but would have appreciated more cereal choices, such as granola and raisin bran.

Cons: Surprised by $15 per night parking fee for a hotel located in a business park, with plenty of space.

Pros: Clean, quiet area. Easy access to freeway. Great, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Pros: BREAKFAST AND LOOBY, staff, clean, service, supervisor checking everyday how's everything. Gym, Pool clean, everything functional.

Cons: First room was next to elevators, very noisy pipes in the morning when others taking showers. Tapping pipe noise could not let us sleep. This is due to old or missing arrestors on the water pipe when the water from other rooms get hot, cold, or water presure. This should have been done when the hotel got build. We ended changing room. Still hear the tapping but nit as much. Sofa bed and bed too close. When sofa bed is extended no room to go to the window or the bathroom. Have to roll in bed to access them.

My Graduation Stay

Pros: The room was great! Only let down was the comforter used for the pull out sofa, it may have not been washed from the last stay. The person who slept in the blanket was bit three times and we know it was from using that blanket because the first night they did not use the blanket and were not bit and the last night stay all three of us slept in the bed without any bug bites.

Cons: Bug bites from the blanket used for the pull out blanket. The front desk person who worked overnight from Dec6-Dec7 told inappropriate and vulgar jokes.

A very nice choice

Pros: Nice size, comfortable room, Good breakfast,, good easy parking and a very nice patio area with BBQ grilles, putting green and lounge seating. Helpful staff

Cons: Bathroom door a bit funky (sliding diffused glass door - not as private as should be in my opinion)

Great option, quality, and value

Pros: The staff here is amazing and cared about our unique needs. Our son was shipping out to the military and we were here to attend his swearing in and see him off. When we panicked because he forgot to pack something and was missing an important document they gave him the item he forgot to pack and helped us get the document printed. They were warm and authentically cared. The night we said goodbye, the Man at the front desk intercepted us in the lobby and fed us some of the worst/best dad jokes I've heard. He has no idea how much bringing laughter to a somber moment helped us.

Cons: The only thing was breakfast. Not as good as other properties we've stayed at. The eating area is great, accommodating, and comfortable. They were not prepared for a large group/rush, therr was a long line for eggs and sausage ran out before I got some.. (I was there 30 min before the end of breakfast) when the gentlemen running things came around to let people know breakfast was closing in 5 min. I still wasn't able to get any meet or eggs. The next day without the crowds and early there were much better choices and amounts.

Easy stay!

Pros: Breakfast, away from downtown noise, close enough to drive to other places

Cons: Didn’t have much option regarding food for lunch or dinner. There isn’t any nearby restaurants in a walking distance besides a Marriott which has a restaurant.

Good sleep well felt very safe in the area the hotel was at.

Pros: Breakfast was good plus it had Proteins available and a good selection. Staff by front desk were very Professional.

Cons: One or two things I didn't like but we got by.
