Definitely I’ll stay again and I strongly recommend it.

Pros: Everything is just wonderful from check in to check out. The staff very professional and helpful. Housekeeping is great even when leaving the room late they will clean the room. Breakfast good and room service is great. Pool facilities is excellent and the is good ( except for charging for parking). Location for me was great not crowded going in & out.

Pros: The room was very nice and clean the room we had originally booked had no Wi-Fi so I called the information desk and the immediately gave us a new room and comped our parking. We were very pleased!

Pros: Overall, The property is absolutely stunning. It's nestled in between the hills and valley side of San Diego. It is also right in front of a large shopping area that is very upscale and beautiful. The staff from start to finish was absolutely amazing in assisting with anything that we needed. The property is very clean and elegant. I absolutely loved the Continental breakfast as well on this property and if you get a higher for the pool view is absolutely stunning. I really enjoyed my first time visiting California and specifically San Diego, Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!!!!!

Excelente ubicacion y calidad de hotel

Pros: la habitacion estaba muy comoda, asi como el baño limpio de buen tamaño.

Cons: el papel del baño, esta muy rasposo. creo que podrian tener uno mas suave

Pros: Room was comfortable in a modern style. The bed was super comfortable, and the view was great. Staff was very friendly. And the bar/restaurant was very roomy and offered a nice atmosphere and good food.

Cons: The room was small for the price. Standing closet was in the bathroom. Parking spaces were so close together, most cars used two spots, so the lot was full at 11pm. We had to park in the lot next door. Only two elevators were functioning for 16 floors so each elevator ride took a long time to arrive and was crammed with people.

Would definitely stay here again

Pros: It was super clean, staff were super nice and the location was perfect close to everything.

Cons: The walls are a little thin so could hear people talking in the hallway and doors opening and shutting.

Pros: El desayuno delicioso, servicio en el restaurant puede mejorar, tuvimos que pedir varias veces las cosas, inclusive pedirlas a otro mesero. Las instalaciones del hotel bastante bien, aunque creo que el precio esta sobrevaluado.

My room was excellent although it was on the 16th floor, service was excellent all all staff members were great!

Pros: Nice hotel but in my room it was quite cool and I could not adjust the temperature to my liking. I just turned the gauge OFF.

Cons: The food costs were a little higher than expected.

Higher end hotel, better than staying in the hotel circle area!
