Just a quick overnight stay following a long flight from the UK. We chose it on price and we were not disappointed. The

Pros: The on site cafe and bar were staffed by lovely people and the food and service were excellent especially the breakfast. You would never know you were so close to the freeway it was really quiet.

Cons: A strange smell in the room and cafe. Think it was just the air conditioner.

Pros: Great location in the hills & near airport & 10 min car journey to the beach

Pros: The WIFI was acceptable, though frequently it would drop, requiring re signing back in. I had to call maintanence as my shower was cold and the extraction fan was not working, bot of these issues were rectified. Location was acceptable although small shops etc were a distance for walking, I did not have a hire car. If I were shopping, I would have been delighted to have Fashion Valley on my doorstep!

Cons: The resturant, to inpersonal, would not describe as a resturant.

Pros: Very nice and clean hotel i actually took my own sanatize wipes to clean and i was suprised that the wipes had no dust on them very clean rooms!

Cons: I enjoyed it!

Pleasurable and Centrally Located Stay

Pros: Everything on the property was easily accessible. The Wi-Fi was also great. Loved the fact that you have laundry facilities for guests to use. The filling breakfasts meant that we did not have to eat a big lunch. The staff in the restaurant for their quick food service delivery, recommendations on which food is great and nothing was too much to ask. The staff in reception wanting to help with the key that did not work for the laundry facilities gate by getting maintenance if the key still did not work - which it did so maintenance was not needed. The housekeepers for giving us paper and bags to throw away our trash and for respecting our privacy. The housekeepers wanting to clean the room when the room was not even dirty. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay pleasurable!

Cons: The smell in the room smelt like smoke even though we did not have a smoking room. The smell stayed inside the room the whole time we stayed there.

I like the location of these hotel and it´s clean.

Pros: the location is good, near seaworld and stores. heated pool is great.

Cons: the furniture it´s updated. but it was clean.

Third time's the charm!

Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good enough for a 6 person orgy. The decor appeared modern, or not overly dated.

Cons: The first two rooms I was assigned were clearly previously used for dogs as they smelled of dog all the way through. Get an ozonator for crying out loud! But the third room I was assigned to was just perfect.

Pros: Location its one of the advantage of this hotel, and also price, I have been staying here for more then 5 years and its always a good place to be!

Cons: One of the rooms had a very strong smell of cigarettes and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the employees reacted immediately and changed the room, and the issue was solved.
