Excellent service.

Pros: The pool was nice and since it was three of us we had our own bed. We stayed in were there is 3 beds.

Pros: We have stayed several places in Hotel Circle but this was the best value for money if you want a hotel thats not expensive. The room was big with a nice bathtub.

It’s a very nice hotel. I’ll stay there again.

Pros: It was the only place I could find with a jacuzzi tub.

Cons: It sounded like the guys in the room next door were auditioning for the circus. I checked out early (5:30-6:00am) because I couldn’t sleep. The front desk was very apologetic and asked why I didn’t call and say something so they could correct it.

Great place to stay in and do your family vacation. Staff at counter needs to be more friendly.

Pros: The third time staying and excellent value and place to stay. Close to shopping mall, close to my kids activities that they enjoy to do it while in San Diego.

Cons: The staff at counter should learn more about how to be friendly. Stayed for new years with family. The girl at counter was unfriendly, but I’m not surprised she has been like that for the last 3 times we stayed there. However, maids are more friendly than people at office. Maybe they should be the one at counters.
