Pros: Amazing room upgrade, spacious and happy with pretty much everything

Cons: Fridge in the room was so loud there was no way we could sleep so we had to turn it off at the wall and unplug it

Pros: Was a fantastic place to stay nice and comfortable and restaurant was amazing

Pros: Beautiful hotel and setting. The furnishings are gorgeous; very comfortable room and the landscaping was lovely. We liked it so much we're going back!

Cons: At first we were disappointed there wasn't a restaurant with more options but as we checked out the area we discovered numerous food options very close by. Also, we tried the on site restaurant and were more than happy.

LOVELY HOTEL WITH A FEW SMALL ISSUES TO FIX

Pros: Luxurious feeling hotel, nice rooms, enjoyed the pool and hot tub (although we were the only users on a midwinter evening and it was a bit dark out there!). Coffee machines in the room made great coffee. Staff were super friendly. Ample parking. Room (and beds) very comfortable, bathroom lovely.

Cons: * POOL CHANGING: At the pool/hot tub it would have been useful to have somewhere to change other than the disabled bathroom, especially as: * ROBES: were not provided with the room. * NO BEDSIDE TABLE: Although I was sharing a room with twin Queen beds with my husband and child, there was only one shared bedside table between the two beds -- I assume they only expect one person to sleep in each bed. This meant that I drew the short straw and didn't have anywhere to put a glass of water or my phone next to the bed! * CUPS/GLASSES: It would be nice to have proper cups and glasses in the room rather than just paper cups, especially given that we had to re-use/wash them! * CLEANING: Our room wasn't cleaned even though we were out all day -- but staff were very apologetic, we managed to get more coffee/milk, and our (expensive) parking was refunded.

Pros: The design and decor of the hotel is fabulous, it’s spotlessly clean and has a lovely fragrance.

Cons: Nothing, we loved everything about this hotel.

Pros: Newly built and furnished. Everything is clean and well-maintained

Cons: Gym was very poor. It should be equipped with normal machines in order to training. No free parking

Very nice and comfortable.

Pros: The price and the rooms. The staff were excellent, we had a small problem connecting to the WiFi on a couple of occasions but the two ladies on the front desk resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. Thank you ladies.

A Pleasant Stay

Pros: The decor, the lovely heated pool area as well as the hotel cleanliness. We appreciated the housekeeping staff, the speed of response from maintenance and especially Kathy and Daniel at the front desk. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Cons: The low pressure on the sink tap was a frustration. Maintenance said it had been turned up high but guests complained. How about half way in that case. For an upscale resort, bathrobes and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have been appreciated.The restaurant was not user friendly to put it mildly. The Visa machine did not work and the staff were not accommodating. The only pleasant waiter was never seen again. The menu descriptions were not kept up to date and it was assumed that when you chose bacon to have with the omelette you should have said in advance that you didn’t want bacon to be put into the eggs. What other restaurant does that and blames the guest. Too much impersonal service. We fled to the Marriott Courtyard for breakfast and supper. We were struck by how hospitable, helpful and friendly the entire hotel staff is there. Coffee is free in the lobby and popcorn during the week. It was a pleasure to visit.
