Great location in the gaslamp quarter. Great rooms.

Pros: Still feels modern, despite it having been here for years. Rooms / mini-suites are really spacious with good views.

Cons: The bar closes too early. The restaurant closes way too early. … although to be fair, there are loads of bars and restaurants within a stone’s throw of the property so it isn’t really a problem. Valet parking (the only option) is a bit pricey at $65 / night.

It was for a work event and yet the hotel made it feel like a holiday!

Pros: The location was incredible and the staff were so sound

Cons: Because of the time of year I don’t get to use the outdoor pool - that couldn’t be helped

Great and enjoyable stay would use hard rock hotel again.

Pros: The location to the convention centre was brilliant, the facilities were good and the room clean and comfortable.

Cons: As an avid tea drinker the facilities for an english breakfast tea in the room would have been nice.

Pros: Location is great for the sea front and city. The staff were so friendly.

Cons: Strange arrangement for breakfast with a restaurant accessible from the hotel and the street.

Great experience but don’t expect late night partying in the hotel bar!!

Pros: Trendy vibe, no infamous guitar on the exterior of the hotel.

Cons: Only one bar in the hotel and that closed at 11pm sharp…. Even on a Friday night which I found disappointing.

Quick a easy access into town. Short drive to the Zoo

Pros: Good location and nice Hotel. Only stayed the one night so didn't use any facilities apart from the bar, which closed at 9.30 which wasn't ideal.

Cons: The bar closed at 9.30. It was Thursday.

Pros: The location is amazing, the view from our room was great, the room was comfortable and spacious. We loved it!

Cons: Valet is really expensive and super slow. Overall, the price of the room and valet is too high.
