In brief we recommend this place for its good price, location and cleanliness.

Pros: The unit is comfortable with all the things you need. The owner is very responsive to our requests. The location is also wonderful.

Cons: The wall is a bit thin so it could be a bit disturbing if the neighbors are speaking or playing music loudly

Excellent with a caveat

Pros: Very clean, spacious and a great location. it was a very easy booking and the hosts are very pleasant. beds are very comfortable. there is plenty of space and when we arrived it was presented in a very welcoming manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: the only thing I would bring up is the sheet of instructions on how to enter the carpark needs to be reprinted, as it not very easy to read as its a bit blurry. This is more of a heads up rather than a complaint. use the provided earplugs they are there for a reason. I heard a phone conversation that somebody had at 5am so clear from somewhere outside the apartment that I could hear the person on the end of the phone. the walls are very thin.

Great location for need of convention center.

Pros: The location is perfect for SDCC. Also, it is great for the ability to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and our parking spot.

Cons: The noisy water pipes. Also, the restaurants nearby work late hours washing dishes while playing loud Mexican music. Bring your head set.

Cons: frente al departamento hay un bar, la música se escucha mucho en el dormitorio principal y no te deja dormir

buena ubicación para downtown con sus defectos

Pros: lugar limpio, con excelente ubicación respecto al centro de convenciones

Cons: el lugar se encuentra entre dos restaurantes y llega el olor de las cocinas algo que no contemplaba ya que las reseñas no lo mencionaban lo que sí mencionaban es el ruido lo cual ya contemplábamos y amablemente han puesto tapones de oídos para disminuir las molestias

The coolest spot I've ever stayed

Pros: Location was perfect. Puts you exactly where you want to be in the middle of all the action. Literally just walk outside and boom, bars and things to do immediately. Absolutely loved this place. Just being able to walk through a narrow coded metal gate down an alleyway was pretty cool in and of itself. Loved that parking was included too! Would have been a real pain if that wasn't there. Parking deck was super accessible and easy to get in and out of. I walked around Gaslamp quite a bit and just the liveliness of it all was fantastic. Cannot wait to visit San Diego again. ♥

Cons: Had a slight weird smell that was a bit musty and the toilet could flush a bit better. Otherwise, no problem at all.
