Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The location was excellent, beautiful hotel and staff could not do enoigh for you. We had our room upgraded on arrival, and it was so comfortable.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

All fine - nice hotel

Pros: I thought this hotel was ok overall but probably more 3 star than 4. Everything was fine but hotel felt a bit tired. Bathroom in my room was very basic and not really 4 star level. Aircon worked well and wifi was ok but had to reconnect a few times. Staff were very nice and friendly. Nice bar off the lobby but service hit and miss though not a major issue for us and didn't stop us going in there. Valet parking was very good but expensive.

Cons: Mostly all ok - valet parking expensive at $60 dollars a night.

Decent gas lamp hotel.

Pros: location and hotel lobby are very pretty. Bed was comfy. Bar was also decent, with very friendly staff.

Cons: There was a weird smell in my room. The air con was loud. The wifi kept dropping on my phone, but was fine on my laptop.

Pros: Good location for convention centre and we'll priced. Room spacious and comfortable. Shower Ok but a bit dated (although added to the quaint charm!?)

Cons: Complimentary drinks were much appreciated but very restricted choice which seemed a bit mean - that said, the cocktails were amazing

Pros: Beautiful hotel with nostalgic design and perfect Gaslamp location—walking distance to all of downtown. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Pros: Brilliant location so we could easily explore the Gaslamp district as well as go to the harbour. Vincent on the front desk was really helpful and gave us lots of information and advice about where to explore. The hotel felt stylish and clean.

Cons: The bathroom was quite small with limited space for toiletries, however, this is probably to be expected in a big city hotel where space is at a premium! No free onsite parking - again, probably to be expected due to the location.
