Pros: The location is amazing! There are a lot of cool places that are near by, so you don't really need a car. The staff is really nice, and they make sure you enjoy your time there. We really enjoyed our stay.

Affordable luxury in the Gaslamp

Pros: We stayed in one of the Lofts and it was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and attentive. The location was convenient. We will be back.

A great hotel that has the basic needs in the perfect location for downtown

Pros: Great location, very good staff and response time from valet, Bellman, and Front Desk

Cons: The pool needed to be cleaned, but the water seemed clean. Just the bottom need to be vacuumed.

If attending an event at Petco Park, I would stay at the Hilton again.

Pros: The location of the hotel was in walking distance to Petco Park, the Gas Lamp District and the Seaport Village. There were plenty of food options to choose from all within walking distance. I liked that the valet service provided a QR code for you to use when you wanted your car from the valet. The $15 credit per day was a nice bonus to use at the bar before the event. The room was clean and very spacious.

Cons: There were quite a few extra fees added onto the bill for the Gas Lamp District.
