San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter

Pros: The hotel is very close to the Historic Gaslamp Quarter, the heart of San Diegos dining and entertainment district,is located minutes away from the World-Famous San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Coronado, and Old Town.

If I will stay in San Diego definitely I will book again

Pros: Everything is wow and clean and cozy, and the front desk team they are professional special ones is Julsus ihop his name is correct he is the best person I met really he deserves 10 stars

Pros: I like the staff attention to detail and our room was spectacular veiwes of the stadium and the bay.

Cons: I don't like the price of the parking for guest I think 60usd is way too much. and also charging for internet in this day and age is of bad taste.

Perfect stay in San Diego

Pros: Good position of the hotel, quite room, comfortable bed, everything was good.

Last minute stay in a great hotel in a great city

Pros: Lovely hotel in a great area, clean, room had everything you need, comfortable beds and helpful staff, great view of the stadium next door

Great location, view and staff

Pros: The staff was excellent. Always friendly and accommodating. Warm and down to earth. Never snooty. Probably one of the best staffs I’ve ever encountered. I will be sure to write an excellent review on TripAdvisor

Cons: Just one small thing: an architect design flaw. The windows in our suite were very small which made the whole room a bit dark. If there were mini balconies this would be an A++ property

Wish we could of stayed longer.

Pros: All of the staff were extremely helpful and very respectful. The rooms were very clean with the bayside room views overlooking the stadium and docks were fantastic.

Cons: Nothing it was excellent.

Perfect spot but check Petco Park schedule before booking

Pros: Decor rather dated, but perfectly adequate; Beds were comfortable (if a bit small compared to European standards - but that’s a common thing sadly - my adult sons found it very cozy indeed); location fabulous - didn’t have to walk far to find loads of great dining options; and we LOOOOOOVED the roof top bar - beautiful place to watch the sun go down; ideal place to stay if in town to see a baseball game (or catch a concert) as the stadium is literally a stones throw away - or an awful place if you’re not interested in either (neither happened during our 3 night stay. We overlooked the ball park & watched them setting up for a Fri/Sat concert set: there’d have been no peace whatsoever during the concert or for the hour or so thereafter - not sure what that would have been like for a non-attendee trying to get an early night, but I’m guessing not brilliant). We weren’t inconvenienced at all by 43,000 people suddenly appearing on the door step, so it was perfect!!

Cons: The AC in the room stopped working - so our last night was incredibly uncomfortable (and the penultimate wasn’t brilliant either).
