Ocean Beach Pier Condo

Lovely condo in excellent location

Pros: Excellent location, close to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Very good shower.

Cons: Some of the information contained within the folder was contradictory to that provided by messages (E.g. key for trash/combination code). Lights and air conditioning operation not straightforward.

Fabulous stay right at the beach

Pros: the condo is amazing, just at the beach also. We found lovely restaurants nearby walking distance. We had a fabulous time, thank you, and we recommend this location to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable, lovely place, in a quiet environment and rigth at the beach.

Cons: Good size rooms. Light and airy well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and lounge.

Einzigartiges Erlebnis, jederzeit wieder!

Pros: Super Lage am Ocean Beach, über den Pier ist man in 2 Minuten an allen Bars! Ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars sind Fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons: Es ist keinerlei Kritik nur persönliche Anmerkungen! Das Bad hat kein Fenster und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man sich einen größeren Leihwagen gemietet hat ist der Parkplatz extrem klein.

Pros: Appartement cosy et bien équipé, près de la plage et à proximité de bars et de restaurants

Cons: 2 serviettes de bain pour 5 personnes, c'est un peu juste, les autres appartements où nous avons séjourné proposaient tous une serviette de bain par voyageur

Gorgeous place to stay in luxury next to the beach!

Pros: Perfect location easy parking in carport next to entrance. All rooms were perfect and the kitchen, although we only used glassware and the fridge and did no food prep, was top notch. Very clean. Lovely garden area. AC and fans kept us comfortable. 1/2 block from beach and the main shopping and dining street with lots of choices. We had great dinners, drinks and coffee just steps away. All appliances and the TVs worked perfectly. Very roomy place. Once we arrived we parked and never moved our car till we departed. Lb

Cons: Note: None of these would prevent me from recommending staying here to others or for us to stay again. However… Communications appeared to be formulaic and seemed if it was all AI sent at specific times. Various messages and written info were contradictory to how to use the locks and doors and trash - who ever owns or runs this place needs to update and make all the different instructions consistent. Perhaps updates have been made to the infrastructure without correcting the materials that guide the renter. It’s really not that hard to do. Make sure each written document, email and text are consistent. For example, in 3 places it said we needed to use the key to open the door to the designated trash area and when I got there it had a dial lock with no key lock. We used the unlock code for the other gate to open and then scrambled it to relock. If you are a light sleeper, bring noise-cancelling ear plugs as jets fly over every 90 seconds from 6am to after midnight on our stay (this is NO exaggeration). According to the airport they are supposed to be on a curfew between 10:30pm-6:30am but they allow exceptions. I am sure after a few weeks you can get used to pausing talking to friends between flight departures! The pier itself has been closed for a while and it is apparently awaiting approval for renovations. It is very picturesque even if you cannot walk on it. On the second day we were there, the front street was closed for paving which meant we had to walk around the construction so as to not get tar on our shoes.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja blisko plaży, dobre restauracje i bary z muzyką na żywo. Parking i łatwy dojazd. Wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia.

It was cozy and relaxing!

Pros: The Condo was super cute and comfortable, very clean! It's the perfect place to stay with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It has little extras like coffee, T.V's in the bedrooms and a washer and dryer that make your stay comfortable. We loved our stay there!

Cons: The 1 bathroom is the only drawback.

Pros: The apartment was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and extra pillows, blankets, etc., making it clear that the owner really wants to take care of guests. There was also a great bag of beach gear to use, and lots of toddler proofing in the unit if that's something that's needed. The inside of the apartment courtyard was quiet. Free private parking was a plus, and the tight spot did not bother us.

Cons: Inside the unit brighter lighting is needed. One night there was a gentleman in the alley directly outside the bedrooms who was intermittently yelling violently from 9-11pm. In the morning around 7:30am, a resident of a neighboring complex came out and began screaming at the man over and over again who was now sleeping behind a car, “GET THE F*&% out of here! I live here and I’m going to call the cops on you!!!”. This went on for 10-15 minutes until the man arose and moved on.
