Four Points by Sheraton San Diego

Great hotel!

Pros: It is in a great location for business purposes. There are also lots of restaurants and shopping places. It has a comfy bed and desk for work. Also, the staff was great.

Great hotel, very quiet and clean.

Pros: Hotel is Super quiet and clean. Room was very clean no issues at all. Grounds kept very nice. Pool area is big and spa is also big can hold 24 people. Hotel was booked and rarely saw anyone else very quiet had no issues at all.

Cons: Staff at the front desk were not rude but also not very welcoming at all. Could you some more smiles and Welcomes at the front desk.

It was very reasonable price, safe and in a great area.

Pros: It was great but does need more signs for directions and finding rooms.

Cons: Some of the staff were not very friendly and did not answer questions.

Very nice

Pros: The staff was friendly and professional. A little disappointment had to pay for self-parking, but the room was large and clean. Access to ice machine and drinks were easy. Food at bar/lounge very good.

Front Desk was FABULOUS and late check out was ideal!

Pros: Front Desk Andrew was amazing. He was exceptional in his Customer service. Parking was easy, room was clean and comfortable, LOVED that check out is noon!

Cons: All was great, I travel to San Diego about every 3 weeks in summer, I will stay here again.

convenient for same day check-in

Pros: Parking lot was a tad weird, but it was fine as it was covered in the price. That is good value. I have a large truck so I needed to park where there is a lot of space and thankfully there was. The bed was standard comfort. Nothing special, but got good enough sleep. The room was perfect with a large desk space to plug in and work on the laptop for a few hours. I wasnt expecting that, and it came in handy at the perfect hour. The bartender in the lobby bar was also very nice, friendly, and made a good cocktail

Cons: The smell. Either someone was lighting up the reefer nearby or the carpets are stale. Maybe both....... I didn't like how Booking.com switched around the names for the room. It asked if someone else would be attending, but for some reason, it put her name as the guest and me as the friend.........not sure how or why......since I paid, it should be my name on there as primary, but either way, once we figured out the issue at check-in, all was resolved.

Great Hotel

Pros: Very clean place,from the towels to the bed everything was spotless and smell nice and this is First Hotel were the Shampoo and shower gel are regular size and thanks for that, perfect for a family of 4

Cons: Looks a bit old and the theme that all aisle look the same feel kind of scary

We had a wonderful stay during graduation weekend for sdsu. The facility is always clean, has friendly staff and feeling

Pros: The location was perfect for staying near sdsu campus graduation weekend. We loved how flexible and personal all the staff were and they were so accommodating when we needed all our families rooms to be near each other.

Pros: A very good hotel, confy bed, pillows, it's clean all over the hotel, staff friendly, has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Definitely my family will come again.

Pros: Was good at the need just to sleep few hrs as arriving the front desk berry friendly

Cons: I was told that for the resin I was that night the parking be at no charge I did have my soon on Sharp and wife was whit my kid at the leaving was charged 50 dolls for parking I just need to go so I say do what need to be and thanks
