Pleasant Inn

Very clean motel with lovely staff.

Pros: It's just a motel, with basic facilities, but the room was really clean, smelled good, and was freshly decorated. As motels go, it was a really good one. The staff were all really nice and friendly. Free parking.

Cons: There's no pool or nice outdoor area. It's on a busy road, which makes it very accessible by car, but there's not much of a neighborhood to walk around. However, there are restaurants nearby.

Pros: Very clean and the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful.

Lives up to its name - a Pleasant stay

Pros: Location was excellent. Parking was good and room was of a very good standard and clean. Don't overlook this place if you are looking at a San Diego stay.

Cons: You would have to be harsh if you wanted to find fault here. Of course it's not a luxury hotel, but it's charm and value for money makes it a great place to stay.

We loved visiting and exploring San Diego, wish we could have stayed longer !

Pros: Although basic, the rooms are clean. The staff are very friendly and this accommodation is comfortable. Very well situated to explore San Diego.

Perfect for a couple of nights

Pros: Liked the place! Met my expectations. Fairly clean. Basic, yet comfortable. Perfect for a one-night stay. The internet was high-speed, just as advertised. Friendly staff.

Cons: Towels were a bit old. Also, found hair on it :(

Nice friendly stay!

Pros: Quite central to our needs. Very friendly gentleman at reception, helpful and accommodating who added no extra charges when he could have. Room was cleaned regularly and to a high standard and products replenished. Free parking. Good wi-fi. Hot shower and clean bathroom. Coffee making facility In room and ice machine on tap!!

Cons: Our room was under a walkway and so was quite dark. Would have preferred a room with more daylight.

Great place to stay on a business trip.

Pros: Easy access, free parking, entire environment was clean and quiet, the king room with double size bed I stayed was very clean and there was daily cleaning of rooms including entire environment. The air condition worked very well and the management team were prompt to fix issue with the fridge and bath waste drain.

Cons: Absence of micro wave either in the room or some communal place for guest use. The micro wave listed in the advert as present in the kitchen is actually located in the staff room and it is for staff room only. I was informed guests were fond of damaging it therefore, are not allow to use it. Also, informed micro wave was removed during COVID and never returned since then.
