Extended Stay America Suites - San Diego - Mission Valley - Stadium

Pros: Service is excellent. I would like to thank Daniel at front desk who is so nice and helpful. He responded to my needs very promptly and provided good advice when I was thinking to extend stay. We had a pet cat with us and were hard to catch him when check out. We sought for help. Daniel and his colleague came to us with no hesitation. He had been scratched by the cat but still tried his best to help us. Millions of thanks to him and his colleague.

Fantastic my stay exceeded my expectations

Pros: I loved the stay the staff and overall the space. Susana made my stay worth it for sure she is so amazing and full of energy always ready to help and gives service with a smile. She was fabulous and made me feel at home she truly cares for all clients at this hotel. Highly recommend her for all booking meds thank you Susana.

Cons: The breakfast was not actually breakfast just muffins and coffee/granola bars and oatmeal packets. Maybe eggs and bacon would be nice or some fruit at least just Sharing.

Loved my stay

Pros: The staff was amazing. I would love to recognize Susana. She went above and beyond to greet me every morning, ask me how my day was when I came back to my room. Everyday her smile mad me feel welcomed and her coffee awake. She offered it every morning

Clean and nice but unsafe

Pros: Friendly staff overall. Clean and comfortable room and very spacious for us and my service dog. Per friendly! We stayed a week.

Cons: No cameras at all throughout the hotel except ONE in the lobby! Very disappointed as we were broken into and the man at the counter gave my friend a card to my room without checking ID or asking his name!

Quite and Dog Friendly, Safe Parking.

Pros: AWESOME, PET FRIENDLY. SUPER QUITE. NO HIDDEN FEES OR QUESTIONS

Cons: Missed Breakfast( MY Fault)

Pros: Daniel at the front desk was the best! The maintenance guy made me another pot of coffee when they were out and Paula was exceptionally nice!

Cons: Please vacuum the hallways That is not breakfast but we all Know that

Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: kitchenette, pets, and Danny the clerk was pleasant, kind and he corrected a booking mistake made accidentally by another staff immediately.

Cons: faucet in shower leaking, had to close bathroom door to silence noise.
