Prime Location - Awesome View -1 bedroom Apartment

Just right for my purposes.

Pros: Its location was very handy for my purposes; it was secure and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful

Nice apartment close to Little Italy

Pros: Super comfortable beds, great location close to the park and little Italy. No plane noise from about 11:30pm until around 7am. Don’t really notice the noise inside the apartment but earplugs are provided.

Cons: Lots of homeless people camping directly opposite the main gate. Wouldn’t call it an amazing view as the apartment literally looks at 3 homeless tents and about 6 homeless people but they didn’t cause any issues for us and the 3 coded doors/gates made us feel safe. Host mentioned free parking on the street, when I enquired, the host didn’t really have the knowledge on the area. After some exploring we realised this is limited to 3 spots directly opposite the property outside the boarded up building amongst all the homeless people (again didn’t cause any issues/damage).

Pros: It was very spacious and clean. Had laundry facilities which was great. The staff on the office were really friendly and helpful. The room was on a flight path so there were a lot of planes flying overhead and they they were flying low as the airport is only a few miles away. It didn’t spoil the property for us as we enjoyed seeing how low the planes flew.

Pros: Good value, place was clean, bed was confortable. Can't comment on the staff has I had no need to contact them during my stay, However the initial message was really clear about how to get into the appartment

Pros: excelente ubicación. muy buen tamaño. mucha luz . camas muy comodas. buen aire acondicionado . todo muy bien. tamaño luz limpieza y comodidad excelentes

Cons: faltaban paños de cocina ,(no habia) y perchas (había solo 2) y ganchos en el baño. las ventanas tenían cortina pero no tenían black out e ingresaba luz falto información que no habia ascensor (2 piso). solicitamos 2 camas y nos confirmaron que las prepararían. la 2 cama era el.sofa del living y no estaba armado..

The room/host(s) and location were perfect for what I was in town for.

Pros: I was in town for a marathon event. The room was close to the start line and easily accessible.

Cons: The apartment is in the flight path of the San Diego Airport and so, the planes are loud upon landing and taking off. However, it appears that between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00/6:30 a.m., there is no flight plan traffic, so between that timeframe, it was quiet.

Well equipped, clean apt. Great location.

Pros: Very clean space. Convenient location. Efficient use of a small space. we were all very comfortable.

Cons: Not enough towel racks. Not enough toilet paper. We had to keep requesting another roll. Hair dryer did not work, but we brought our own, fortunately. A bit pricey for the size. Airplanes flying over a lot.
