Luxurious Furnished Studio w Full Kitchen in SD

Pros: Well equipped and large room. Staff was quick to answer my questions. In general, it was a good option.

Cons: It was noisy in my room, but not from the streets, since it's a calm block. . However, a lot of of noise every time another guest would arrive or leave their rooms and I could also easily hear people in other rooms talking.

I enjoyed my stay, a lovely little apartment near Balboa park.

Pros: The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and the apartment was very clean and tidy. I liked the location.

Cons: The WiFi kept going down so the TV couldn’t connect about 40% of the time. It was very loud during the evenings with people walking down the stairs by the front door.

Very clean, close to downtown, comforts of home.

Pros: It had all of the comforts we could have wanted for an extended stay.

Cons: Parking was a bit limited. It was a little hard to find the address initially.

We are coming back!

Pros: It was our first time visiting your beautiful city and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very thoughtfully furnished the only thing that we needed to supply was paper towels. I would have given the staff a 10 out of ten however we never saw anyone. The apartment is right next to a beautiful park and is literally minutes away from all of the cities attractions.

Cons: We encountered a number of homeless people sleeping on the street in front of the building panhandling.

Pros: Está muy bien ubicado a 10 min caminando de una estación del metro y 20 min del petco park, yo fui a un concierto entonces me quedó súper. Estuvo muy limpio, muy atentos con los tapones de oído aunque yo sentí que el ruido de aviones no es molesto, bastante espacioso el cuarto y el baño.

Cons: La manija del baño y el papel de baño estaban rotas. Había que levantar la tapa de la caja del baño lo cual era una lata en la noche. Quizá otro pero es que originalmente yo había reservado una habitación con dos camas ya que iba con mi ligue y aún no pasaba nada, pero bueno la cama king size nos empujó a que nos la pasáramos bomba jajajaja

Excellent. Very comfy room.

Pros: The location is great. The Park is awesome, good and varied restaurants in walking distance (anything with a ride), a drug store very close, near downtown. Homeless people around might throw off some rookie travelers, but that is every major city; the property has a security gate, there are street lights, awesome spot.

Home away from Home!!

Pros: We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was in great proximity to EVERYTHING! It was really a home away from home and stocked with most of the enimities necessary for a comfortable stay. The host was amazing and on hand to answer any questions/requests we had. The use of the door codes made us feel safe/secure. The pictures on the website matched the apartment so there were no surprises. We would recommend and stay at this Airbnb again. The

Cons: The only complaints we had were there were little gnats flying around and we weren't able to find the source. Also, there were a few minor things missing from the kitchen (oven mitts, cookie sheet, spatula) to make it complete. Other than that.. there were no real complaints!!

Pros: This apartment was clean and comfortable. It is also in a super convenient location.

Cons: The main bed had a dip in it that was a bit uncomfortable. The parking situation isn't the best, but we were able to work around it.

Would stay here again!

Pros: Good communication, clear check-in and check-out directions, clean and comfortable accommodations.
