Awesome Balboa and Downtown View with Cozy Patio

Cozy and Quiet Room

Pros: The room was very clean, cozy, and quiet. The balcony had a beautiful view of Balboa Park right across the street. I would definitely stay here again in the future! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was an excellent location in downtown San Diego for getting around on foot, as well.

Cons: That l couldn't stay longer!

Pros: Easy check in. All codes were provided on the morning of check in. And there are people in the office 9-6 so can get in person help if needed. The studio was very clean and prvided free tea and cofee. Having a fridge and microwave were bonuses. Everything was in walking distance.

Cons: Lots of homeless people in the area but they didn't bother me.

Pros: Close to restaurants, attractions (a few minutes by car). Studio was cosy and roomy.

Cons: A table would have been convenient. Also the stairs were quite tricky if you had heavy bags.

Great Value for money in downtown San Diego

Pros: Great location in San Diego downtown. Easy contactless check in and checkout. Clean room and good value for money.

Cons: Spare towels had stains on them.

Great location especially if you like to explore while walking!

Pros: We loved being right across the street from Balboa Park and, for us, being within walking distance of Hillcrest and downtown San Diego. Having a door code and not dealing with keys was a major plus. Balboa bar and Grill on the corner had the great burgers and OCHO Mexican Takeaway down the street was the best! There’s also a CVS close by. Staff was helpful and available.

Cons: A few issues that we had were dealt with by the staff in a timely manner! A queen size bed would’ve been preferred.

Pros: Great place and staff very helpful. Small issue in two stays in different rooms no sitting chair in room only balcony?

Cons: No sitting chair in room? Strange.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Definitely would recommend to anyone especially if you are there for a long visit

Pros: Great location and easy to get to where I needed to go on my trip

Cons: Paid parking was not wanted but it’s still better than having no parking at all

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, tenía todo muy cerca desde restaurantes hasta sitios para hacer turismo.

Cons: Quizás que en la noche no tenga mucha iluminación las calles

Overall great place!

Pros: Extremely close to airport. I got used to it, but whoa 😳

Cons: One of the balcony doors didn’t lock. No elevators with luggage. I never found free street parking, so garage was perfect. Super clean and comfy inside, homeless people outside around the area.
