Studio with Beautiful View next to Downtown

Was great for what I needed and would stay again. Thank you

Pros: Location, balcony, included laundry facilities and kitchenette

Cons: The walls were very thin so you could hear other guests

Pros: The location is perfect very close to Balboa Park and downtown San Diego

Cons: Could not get a direct response on our request for a special check in time. The mail on the procedure to access the facility also came late leaving us in a fix.

Pros: Location was great - easy walking distance to Balboa Park. Very good pub just around the corner. Pharmacy/convenience store just around the corner as well.

Cons: It would be nice to have a table or desk and chair in the room so that I could use my laptop a bit easier.

Pros: Excellent location, right across from Balboa Park. Beautiful sunrises from the park-facing balcony. Convenient freeway access. Secure building with three different coded entry points. Apartment was as pictured in the listing. Very clean! Bed was comfortable. A good number of electrical outlets for charging all your devices. Kitchen area had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, with coffee and filters included. Dishes and silverware provided. Roku television offered wide variety of programs. WIFI was good. Bathroom had hand soap, toothbrush/toothpaste packets and nice shampoo/body wash in wall dispensers in roomy stall shower. Plenty of hot water. Good communication with the host through the app.

Cons: Street parking around building was plentiful, but a lot of it was two-hour metered parking from 8AM-6PM. There was also free street parking available within the neighborhood, but a bit difficult to find. Also some homeless presence nearby. I didn't feel threatened even at night, but be aware. Not a problem for me, but Unit 9D is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so a number of narrow flights of stairs to maneuver. The apartment is under the flight path of the airport, so there is some noise in the morning and evening, but it was quiet at night. Earplugs are provided for light sleepers. The apartment is cozy in size, but is fine for a solo traveler or couple.

Comfy and close to the fun.

Pros: It was very close to downtown and places like little Italy. I guess you can walk there. But I use Lyft and it was just min. Fee. Estaba muy limpio y hay cafe y botellas de agua gratis. Es espacioso. El interior es muy seguro. No me sentí incomoda en ningun momento en los alrededores. I don't remember the name of the park. But you can walk there. I really love there. Also airport is very close for the ride.

Cons: Es ruidoso pero te dejan tapa oidos.
