1 Bedroom Apartment with Luxurious Design in SD

Nice stay

Pros: Free parking across the street. Dishwasher, a place to do laundry, nice beds.

Comfortable flat in a great location. Good value for money

Pros: It’s such a nice cosy flat with comfortable bed and complimentary tea and coffee. It was a good location for me and very close to the convention centre. Uber cost me less than $10 and it was along the city bus route. The only thing I didn’t like was that surrounding buildings outside the apartment were a bit run-down and there were often groups of homeless people gathered around that made me feel unsafe. But once inside I felt safe as the security measures were good.

Pros: The apartment is very nice, organized and equipped, as shown in the photos. The best thing for us was the location, we would definitely stay again.

Pros: very cute little apartment and nice location, all the best spots downtown were within walking distance but the place itself wasn't in a crazy busy area. the bed was big and comfy, and the place was nice and clean. preferred this much more than a hotel

Pros: The property is off a busy street and if you don’t pay for parking you have to get lucky parking on the street.

Cons: The entrance to the patios are locked which is fine but the instructions could be clearer to inform you.

Pros: The apartment was so clean, easy to access and a fantastic location!

Pros: Clean secured premise and centrally located, with easy access to downtown n balboa park. Bed is comfortable and utensils in the kitchen are fully equipped. Staffs are attentive and polite, attended to all our queries and needs. Free street parking

Cons: The noise from the airplanes . Only one bath towel provided based on the number of apartment room booked. However extra towels can be provided upon request. 2 guests sharing 1 bath towel is a bit ridiculous. The toilet flush is loose and in need to be replaced/ repaired. Quite a lot of homeless in the neighborhood

Pros: The room was very clean, comfortable and a lot of space! The property is very safe , even though there is some homeless in that area. Everything requires a code.

Cons: It's very noisy , you can hear the airplanes landing, which is kind of annoying.
