Spacious 1 Bedroom Apartment in Heart of San Diego

Pros: Great location, a walkable distance from the SD Zoo and Balboa Park, railway station or the shore. The apartment is really spacious.

Cons: The floor wasn't clean enough to walk with no shoes on. Planes fly right above the place so prepare for loud noises, but the host provides ear plugs.

It was sweet staying.

Pros: Good location to see air plane closely. And there is cute and stylish cafe nearby 5min walk.

Cons: Next room or upstairs room sound was so loud and noisy.

Good sized unit, good location.

Pros: The location was great, and the staff were friendly once we finally found out how to enter the building. It was a good walk to shops and attractions. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: Communication with the property was difficult as I did not have access to my emails in the USA. I asked for details for entering the unit to be sent to my husband, but they never came, which was stressful. The private street access gate did not work but there was another entrance we could use. To gain access to your room there are 3 different codes to be used,

Great option for the area!!

Pros: Size of apartment, amenities, location, clean and staff was great!

Cons: Airport noise, I knew about...but thin walls and neighbors noise during 'quiet' hours disrupted a few times. Also, not sure I was fully aware that washer and dryer had fees. Nor that parking in California is terrible! Parking on-site is $20/day...is that information given during booking 🤔 🤷‍♀️

Great place to stay

Pros: The location, is great. The place itself is really good, we felt right at home. I loved the front patio, and mi dog did too.

Pros: The property was as it states “in the heart of San Diego.” It was so convenient to be so close to gaslamp, the zoo, restaurants etc. The room was comfortable and the view of the patio area was amazing. We LOVED the sofa pullout couch because we prefer to watch tv at night. Parking isn’t included (20 a night) so get there early so you get a spot in the parking structure. We will 100% be back the host is so attentive and kind. Definitely recommend.

Localisation optimal

Pros: Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Très bonnes instructions d'arrivée. Confortable et beaucoup d'espace. Bien équipé avec cuisine complète. Localisation a côté de balboa parc et l'aéroport est plustot sympa et pratique.

Cons: Je conseille pour une courte durée car il y a de même le passage des avions très récurrent. Isolation acustique pas genial, il y avait des voyageurs dans l'étage supérieur et a côté tres bruillants. La deuxième nuit a été pas génial car il y avait quelqun qui a mis de la musique toute la nuit.

We enjoyed our stay

Pros: It was comfortable & clean for the most part. The lighting was extreme bright (It would benefit both the patrons and the business if dimmers were installed. The Wi-Fi is free but you need to ask for the password. It was immediately across from Balboa Park which is lovely. There was a washer & dryer (not in the apartment but was very convenient). The staff was helpful and friendly. Also, it was one block from a CVS and 2 blocks from a terrific Mexican take away (made to order) restaurant. All-in-all it was adequate.

Cons: It was cheaply put together but cozy. You can hear movements and talking from other tenants. There were a lot of fruit flies in the house and I think it was from the garbage disposal which wasn't plugged in, but, even after we remedied that the fruit flies kept coming. The shower is a little more than a trickle, hard to rinse shampoo out of hair. There were no instructions RE: tv, trash receptacle, dishwasher or # left for problems. Although add said parking available, we didn't realize there was a fee.

Pros: Comfortable apartment, great bed, functional kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Paper towels and kleenex would have been appreciated.

Very relaxing and comfortable location. Will definitely stay again

Pros: As a solo female traveler I felt very safe since it was gated of sorts. You had to have a code to enter the property then your area. The staff was amazing and so friendly

Cons: The walls are a little thin so I could hear the people above me walking around.
