Pros: Spacious, well equipped, good value and handy location

Pros: Great space, location, and easy check in and access.

Cons: Not within the properties control, but upstairs were noisy and regularly brought their dog down early which was loud in the corridor.

Excellent for accommodation when travelling alone.

Pros: Very clean and cozy. Close to the bus stop and Balboa park. Approximately 40 min walk from San Diego Zoo to this place. I really got some relaxation here

Cons: The main gate needs to be repaired. Airplanes frequently pass over but aren’t that annoying. Earplugs provided

Comfortable studio in the center of San Diego

Pros: Very well located opposite Balboa Park, the flat is quite big and the bed very comfortable. It was well equipped and clean, and felt safe. The owner was also very responsive to my messages.

Cons: The flat can be loud because in the path of the flights to and from San Diego, which are regular (San Diego airport is in the middle of the city so it would be the case for a lot of places in the city center). There didn't seem to be flights at night and the flat provides earplugs so it was not really an issue for me.

Pros: Perfect location. So comfortable, excellent value. Helpful and responsive host. Facility to store luggage. Great security

Cons: Apartment under flightpath but earplugs provided and no flights between 2300 and 0600. Didn't bother us!

Pros: The place was very clean and very confortable. All the things you need to enjoy your stay in San Diego.

Most Amazing Stay

Pros: Everything!!!! This was the most amazing stay we have ever had over all of our years of traveling. The space was large and was so clean when we arrived. The bed and pillows were amazing!!!! The park was a convenient walk across the street, and lots of amenities, like food and drugstore, were within easy walking distance. There was laundry access across the hall for a reasonable fee. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and they responded fast to any questions that we had. The private gated entrance was a huge plus. Everything about the space was a huge enjoyment. Will definitely try and be back!

Cons: Street parking could be hard to find. That was literally my only complaint about the property.

Great apartment in downtown San Diego

Pros: Great staff well organised check in. Great location lots of facilities could be used for longer stays if needed.

Cons: Some black mould in bathroom

Pros: Everything was great - from the decor to the size of the studio

Cons: You have to pay for private parking within the premises but at least your car is safe. You can hear flights takeoff and land, sometimes it's irritating during the night hours. But they provide you with ear plugs.

Pros: The Location and Service at this Apartment were very good. Parking lot was easy available. Good equipped kitchen.

Cons: As the weather outside was quite cold, the apartment was also. The available portable heater wasn’t heating the room enough.
