One Bedroom Apartment with San Diego Downtown View

Pros: - location - huge room, comfy bed + pillows - friendly proprietor

Cons: - please note - location is on the landing path of the airport ;)

Pros: Very quiet and well laid out spacious and comfy clean apartment. Parfect location for Zoo and downtown.Staff very helpful when needed.

Cons: It's a sad thing but there are a lot of homeless alcoholics and drug addicts in downtown San Diego. I emphasize they were no trouble, and the building supervisor said they never were. I didn't mind, but it unsettled my partner a bit, as they are living in tents on the pavement. And it's not just in this area. A social issue that needs to be addressed by the City, and no fault on the excellent facility here.

Fantastic apartment

Pros: Gorgeous apartment right next to balboa park. Super location and really comfortable place to stay. The bed was super comfortable and the views from the apartment at sunset were gorgeous. There is a CVS right beside the building which was reallly handy if you needed anything quick. Really close to popular spots like little Italy which was a lovely walk in the morning when heading out for breakfast and lunch.

Cons: The streets surrounding the apartment do not have much lighting so I needed to taxi back in the evenings but that is just something I’d notice as a solo traveller and is not a fault of the property.

Perfect place to stay to visit San Diego

Cons: furniture in lounge was a little tired. wasn’t keen on the immediate area.

Convenient location, modern, clean apartment.

Pros: The apartment was clean, modern, cheerful and bright and entry by code was simple. There are sockets and lights beside the bed. The kitchen has minimal equipment but ypu can make coffee and there's a sink, microwave and fridge, which is very handy. Location is equally convenient for Little Italy, Balboa Park and the Gaslamp area all within a 15 to 20 minute walk although there are hills on the return from the first two. The aircraft flying overhead presented no noise issues for me, but earplugs are supplied should you need them. It's kind of cool to watch them fly close by frankly.

Cons: When check out is at 10am, there is really no excuse for my room not being available at the 3pm check in time. Was told it would be another 40 minutes, so I left and went downtown when I really needed to rest. The bed in my room 7C sloped slightly on one side and the sofa cushions just sank down when you sat in them so I used the armchair. .

Sympathique

Pros: L’appartement est spacieux et confortable. Il y a le nécessaire. L’emplacement est idéal et vous avez la possibilité de parquer dans la rue. Un supermarché à proximité bien pratique.

Cons: Il y a pas mal de sans abri dans la rue, mais nous ne nous sommes jamais senti pas en sécurité. Le parking est possible dans la rue mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de place non payante.

Would recommend!

Pros: The unit was clean, bright, and comfortable. It has a small fridge, microwave, and sink. There is an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The couch has a fold-out bed which, although probably not the most comfortable to sleep, it's fun to lay there and watch a movie. The unit had multiple windows which allowed plenty of natural light, which I loved. The location is right across the street from Balboa Park, and 1 block away from a CVS. It's also 1 mile away from the heart of the Gaslamp district. I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons: The unit is on the 3rd level, which is actually 4 floors off the ground, so be prepared to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. Other than that, it was good. Bear in mind that it's near the airport so you'll hear planes landing every 5 minutes all day long (I didn't mind at all). They actually provided earplugs near the bed in case the noise keeps you up. Also bear in mind that, after the 10am check-out time, they can only store your bags in the office until they close at 4pm. I needed my bags stored until 7 so I ended up paying for a separate bag storage service.
