Centrally Located Cozy Studio Apartment in SD

Pros: Very close to downtown and major sightseeing. 15-20 walk. Very clean and the staff very helpful when needed.

Pros: It was very reasonable! The room was clean, and the size was really sufficient for one person. I think it would also be comfortable for two people. The location was great! The employees were also very kind. Overall, it was a great stay!

Cons: One of the electrical outlets didn’t work properly at times.

Pros: Located well with good and easy access to downtown, little Italy, and Balboa park. Some nice food places nearby. A few homeless people around and a little quiet so could potentially be scary to some, but I had no trouble

Very well located

Pros: The apartment was very well located, within walking distance of Little Italy and Balboa park. The staff was very friendly, and the room had everything (fridge, microwave, cutlery and plates). Parking was possible underneath the apartment building for some extra $, as you couldn't park outside in the street (only for 2 hrs during the day, it is free after 6 pm and on Sunday).

Cons: The apartment was a bit noisy

Cozy studio, perfect location, practical accommodation, safe area

Pros: The building is on a very good location. Balboa park is just right across the street. You can see the airplanes arriving to the airport, but the windows are quite sound proof. The bed was super comfortable and bedding was provided in sufficient amounts. There is a mattress under the bed and the couch could be pulled out into a bed, it was great! There was plenty of storage for our group of 4. Bathroom is super nice and although there isn’t a real kitchen the space available is great for serving some bread and breakfast related food. There is a fridge and a microwave and utensils and dishes are provided. We were able to do laundry and walk around the area with a CVS right around the corner. We were able to park right on the street and save some €€€ there. We were able to walk to the San Diego convention center for about 30 minutes, it was very nice walking into downtown.

Cons: Perhaps I found it a bit overpriced

It was a nice comfy apartment, very clean and private.

Pros: I like that it was centrally located, a quick walk to Little Italy, CVS across the street, public transportation less than 5 mins, easy to find taco stands and food.

Cons: There were many homeless people in the area.

Great location with access challenge

Pros: Central location for walking to downtown sites. Early evening this location is safe for single travelers.

Cons: Access to doors with code are problematic because there is inconsistency in entry access.

Pros: La ubicación es maravillosa. Si te gusta caminar, puedes llegar a little italy, uss midway, la calle harbor, en general al centro caminando.

Cons: En general todo estuvo bien.
