Castle in the clouds

Pros: The location was incredible! The house is perched on top of a mountain in the middle of wine country. Every morning the fog would cloak the house and it really made us feel like we were in a castle in the clouds. The pools and the waterfall gave the yard a magical feeling. We would sit outside for hours just listening to the birds and watching the clouds roll by. The views and the sunsets were breathtaking! The interior was spacious but cozy at the same time. Everything was clean and well-kept. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed. Every room had its own bathroom. Everything was perfect for us and our family!

Cons: The roads leading up to the house were narrow and very twisty with some steep drop offs.
