Amazing!

Pros: The hotel and rooms are stunning! I upgraded my room which was amazing. The bed was big and comfortable, the room had a luxurious touch. The bathroom was large and luxurious. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The bedroom was a bit cold in the morning as the night was surprisingly cold. But there is an absolute nothing I did not like.

Wonderful, grand hotel with beautiful rooms.

Pros: Beautiful decor, especially the lobby. Staff are so polite and friendly. Good location.

Cons: Bathroom fittings a bit tired, especially the bath/shower function.

Pros: Overwhelmingly luxurious hotel. The location is in the heart of downtown San Diego and within walking distance to the festivities of the gaslamp- bars, restaurants, theaters, shops.

Cons: The one-off homeless scattered in the vicinity

Nice Stay

Pros: Excellent location, and the hotel is very comfortable. The room is impeccably clean, maintained twice daily, and the restaurant is fantastic with terrific staff..

Cons: We experienced an inconvenience with the overnight staff as they lock the restrooms at midnight and do not allow access. The lady at the front desk on a couple of nights was very rude when we asked her to unlock the restroom for us, and she refused in an unfriendly manner. This situation is completely unreasonable.

Pros: Hotel was very clean, attentive staff, excellent restaurant service both in restaurant and in room.

Cons: Area around the hotel is dirty. Not far from gas lamp district but the area is infested with human feces on sidewalk, people doing drugs, and homeless so would suggest you don't walk around. Drive to where ever you are going.

Pros: The property was beautiful! The staff was super friendly! We enjoyed it so much.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t love was the Mediterranean dish at the restaurant. Ha!

LOVED our stay!

Pros: Beautiful hotel! The staff was so professional and accommodating! The concierge gave us wonderful dining suggestions and help getting around. We really loved our experience and would stay there again!

Cons: The neighborhood has a bit of homeless. the location is close to so much including the gas lamp area but the homeless is frustrating.
