Pros: The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with a perfect location and friendly staff. The restaurant staff, in particular, were consistently helpful and accommodating. I had a coner room which was spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this establishment.

A pleasant stay in downtown

Pros: We liked the staff on the reception desk, the concierge desk and in the restaurant . Well located to downtown attractions

Cons: Rooms are probably a bit tired. Our shower recess leaked badly

Pros: Our room was beautiful! The hotel itself is impressive looking and has good facilities. The staff were next level amazing. Victor who checked us in was so lovely. And the concierge Susanne was next level - she is the Yoda of concierges. So knowledgeable and helpful and wonderful.

Cons: Nothing. Maybe the cost of parking?

Excellent location and very comfortable

Pros: Centralized location made it easy to get around. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar area had tables and couches available depending on what you wanted/needed.

Cons: Pool was small and basic.
