Pros: I got the superior suit, and I must say it was quite big and nice, I really enjoyed the stay. Location was super central to all the bars and restaurant, 15min walk to the convention center and just tacos el gordo just on the opposite street 🌮 Oscar was very kind and was very helpful with all my questions. I had a problem with booking .com changing my room to a smaller size, even though I booked the bigger one, but oscar was so kind to just change my room back to normal and even let us stay on a higher level. Thank you Oscar again for your kind help and understanding.

Cons: room cleaning was not everyday, but it wasn't a big deal. Either way I enjoyed my stay a lot.

This place met all my needs. It's location was also super convenient, I will stay here again.

Pros: The hotel was just perfect. The room, spacious, the bathroom very functional and all utilities worked very well.

Cons: Provide some water in the room and refill and freshen the room daily if possible. Coming back to clean sheets would have been great but I still loved coming back

Cons: They could add a few basic amenities like a few ready mix tea sachets, tooth paste/brush and also see the possibility of working out to provide breakfast, of course at some cost

Pros: The location is unbeatable if you want to hang around the Gaslamp Quarter, going to the Petco Park or the Convention Center. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is extremely helpful and polite. The noise is a downside of it, but overall I would totally stay here again.

Value for money & great staff - budget but can't fault.

Pros: Stayed here for almost a week for a conference in town and wanted to not pay too much. I felt compelled to write this review because there are a fair few negative reviews online and I understand the hotel appeared on Ramsey's Hotel Hell some years ago... however, my experience was top notch. Of course it isn't the Ritz but it is brilliant value for money. The staff are lovely, the rooms have a certain charm in how eccentric they are. The shower was quality and everyone couldn't do enough for me during the stay. Cannot speak highly enough of the place, it is neatly tucked into the main area of town but is secure and about half the price of everywhere else. My room was very spacious, great bed, shower, two sinks, toilet and desk, was just what I needed and the wifi was also good. Netflix and many other channels already logged in. Don't believe all you read with the negative reviews of this place. If you can deal with basic but good quality then this is a good spot.

Cons: Nothing, all good. Noise perhaps a little loud on the weekend at night but I think this would be the same anywhere you stay.
