Pros: Location was beautiful. Host is on the premises and can answer any questions. Very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Maybe a kettle should be added to the room and a microwave.

Welcoming hosts! Wonderful secluded getaway

Pros: The host (Shawn) was very welcoming and responsive. Even though it was a room in the house, the king one had a private entrance and direct access to the back porch and pool. We were looking for peace and quiet and that room delivered those. In addition to serving us coffee every morning, they were also happy to share treats they had prepared such as juice and snacks. Shawn also ran the pool vacuum to make sure the pool was clean enough for us.

Felt comfortable with the stay overall. Pricing was about fair.

Pros: I liked the owners quite a bit. Was very comfortable in the morning with continental breakfast and would come through with needs.

Cons: As I told the owner, was disappointed with their water heater taking much too long for hot water to flow. Wasn't entirely happy with their A/C system, but not that bad.

Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts was really friendly and helpful. They provided us with fresh fruits, coffee, milk, etc. Nice facilities with free laundry, a swimming pool, even toothpaste, toothpicks and mouthwash. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay for a few days!

Pros: The house was really nice - not just our room but the whole living/dining/kitchen area. The bed was comfy, the room was large, bathroom was well stocked and had great water pressure. The garden is really pretty with a lovely pool and outdoor area.

Cons: The pool furniture was quite dusty and hadn't been used for some time. Some cushions would also have been nice, but no big deal. I would have liked to use the hammock but it was too dirty and coated with leaves, cobwebs and berries.

Pros: Diese Unterkunft besteht aus mehreren Gästezimmern, wobei nicht alle Zimmer ein eigenes Bad haben (aufpassen beim buchen). Die abgebildete Küche ist für alle Zimmer und den überaus freundlichen Hausherrn - also eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Shawn (Hausherr) macht täglich ab 07:00 Uhr frischen Kaffee. Die Lage ist sensationell - sehr ruhig und die Umgebung ist sicher. Der Außenbereich ist etwas unordentlich, aber das war für uns kein Problem.

Pros: Cute house with a big backyard (great if you have pets), and a very friendly host that will happily make you coffee in the morning and offer you fruits :) the owner lives upstairs and the rental rooms are downstairs. Would make for a great place if you and your friends are traveling as there are multiple rooms available. Room was cute even if a little small, and had a tv with Roku. Thank you for being so welcoming!

Cons: The backyard could be better taken care of as it is a little more on the wilder side compared to most backyards. But the dogs loved running around and the pool was really nice even though i didn’t have a chance to take a swim.

Pros: A very attentive and accommodating host. Shawn was a great host and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is comfortable. Brews coffee every morning and is happy to have to interact and converse with his guests. The area is very quiet and the only noise that you hear at night is the sound of the frogs which is peaceful and relaxing.

Cons: Could think of nothing to speak of other than the water pressure was very low but not to a point where it negatively affects your stay. This should not even be a consideration when weighing your decision to book your stay.

I would prefer this anyday over a hotel!

Pros: Felt safe, not a lot of people like a hotel has, Coffee is made for you, full kitchen, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, pool, how it actually feels like a vacation while here

Cons: Only thing that could have been better is if the pool was cleaned up a bit from all the leaves

Pros: Shawn was a great host. There was coffee every morning at 7am along with a croissant or pastry. The room was excellent (I had the private bath) with storage galore, a work desk, small refigerator and an incredibly comfortable king sized bed. Because my hours were unpredictable, the outside entrance was very useful. The grounds are very pretty and there is an outside pool which I didn't use because my activities used up the day from 730a to 8p or later. This will be my preferred lodging when I return to San Diego. I just hope it is available for my next unscheduled trip. A really wonderful find.
